I oso dunno the cause just that got 2 tigers kept getting white holes near the head region

white holes.. is the flesh exposed? could be attack of parasites and ich... if yes.. then melafix, M.Blue can be used.. either one... or if u are scare. can use melafix plus primafix.. got pple feedback saying the 2 mixed liao very good.. internal and external also can cure or imporve the condition

So must I reduce the dosage to half if I combine both?

best is slowly add... try with 25% of each .. see how the healing.. hope the deduction is not wrong
