Get perlite and vermiculite from nurseries. But first, mark the "correct side up" of the egg with a marker to make sure it doesnt turn on its side.
Also, after say a week, use a torchlight and shine it at the egg. A fertile egg should have a pinkish band. An infertile egg should be yellow. the eggs also need humidity, so make sure the hatching medium is moist but not wet. Best of luck. |

Hey, I saw ur tank setup. What is the ramp (the black one) made of? I have an idea, just not sure how to make the ramp and make it stick.
Anyway, didn't know you were also the guy I gave the bino to. Haha.. Didn't know that you too were a turtle fan. I have 3 RES now. |

Hmm.. ok. My toughest part is how to make the ramp.. I have an idea to modify a rubbermaid for the basking area.
