My very first ST
Hi bros, just got this baby back from another bro. Its a 12 inch ST. Currently living with my red aro in a total black tank.
However, baby got some injuries due to comm fight in its previous owner tank by another big ST. The split tail is quite deep as seen in photo.Should i cut it? Body also had some injuries. Any advice? Sorry for the dark photos and poor photography skills. |

From my little experience, such deep split might not cure, but only my thinking, any expert can advise. Can try Melafix, good for injuries like tat lor

Good morning to all bros, thanks alot for ur kind advice. I shall maintain good water condition and let it heal by itself. Hopefully sometime the wound will close up.
There are also some drop of black scales from the bar as well. I saw some threads says that the drop scales from the thick bar will not grow back. May i check with bros on this? Any advice? Lastly, thank u bros for visiting this thread. |
