Suggest you return them alive while you can and exchange for some cherries or sakuras.
Survival rate is so mild for those sulawesi and crs with that setup.. |

i believe this type of lamp will cause raise of temperature also. i agree on returning the shrimps, but at the same time its already in a very bad condition tank with the stress building up for catching, packing and shaking all the way to the LFS.. i don't really know if they would survive..

bros,
i know hydher well, he's been my classmate for 2 yrs and he won't do anything to jeopardize a fish/shrimp's life... he's just not that sort, he looks after his bettas and discus very well i believe what happened here was an honest and genuine mistake, however negligence on his part as well. On the contrary, i know that he is at the moment looking for alternatives to solve the problem... so please cut him some slack and not add fuel... i believe he has learnt his lesson... Cheers! There are a lot of help topics for new guys to read up and learn the necessary before starting on the hobby. There are also a lot of repeat topics where many shared their experiences. As a matter of fact, the most recent topics circled around size of tank, not size of candy bowl or cup.
Thus, it is no wonder every other bros are not being extra sweet with words for if they are too kind with words, pple never realise shrimps are lives too. Some people takes tiny lives as non-existence. These tiny creatures doesn't show us their expression of sufferings. I see more hypocrites when there are human injuries and deaths, but total oblivion towards lives of shrimps. Why? It's only shrimps what. One shrimp = One Life. One Human = One Life. One thing is, we keep shrimps, not shrimps keeps us. For trial and error hobby, try cooking or knitting, not rearing lives. |
