the zoo still display them..... very cute.......so far i haven seen any around my area...... wanna keep them......

Well they may not be native to singapore, but I don't think they're doing any harm to the local wildlife ( at least I hope not ). So I don't treat them as pests. They make quite cute pets too! And by the way, its NOT a toad, its a frog...

deaDFisHFood, you probably don't see them much because they're nocturnal and spend most of their time underground or under rocks and stones. However, when there's a downpour or during the rainy season, these bullfrogs can be found in ditches or in puddles of water in fields or gardens, producing a very distinct bullfrog sound... can be quite noisy sometimes.
