shrimp pics and some updates
Hi guys, thanks for your kind comments.
After having the tank cycle for 48 days, i put shrimps in hopefully they survive. Pardon my poor phototaking. Golden Crossback shrimp Cherry Shrimp pH: 5.6 to 6.1 based on AC pH meter. Water temperature : 27 deg C TDS: 150 Is it ok to use bicarbonate soda to increase the pH. (small dosage) were added to buffer my pH despite water changes of 10% twice a week. So far only 2 casualties for the cherry shrimps have left. Shrimps were added on 1 Oct. Added 3 ottos as well. |

Nice setup. Where did you get the air bubble splash protector? How much did you get that for. Mine is splashing water all around my table and thinking of getting 1.
Cheers! |

Nice setup! The air bubble thing should be from GC. I believe the top of the box should be above the waterline so that the bubble will pop inside the box.
