Very nice! Sadly, you are shutting it down. But still, very very good setup. A lot of effort setting it up and keeping it running, a waste to let it go, but well, there are always priorities in life that sometimes best to scale down our hobby.

I presume the air con is run 24/7, any backup plan in the event the air con is down or power failure?

Sorry for the many questions, thinking of doing something like that for my new place next year. But of course on a smaller scale.
Was thinking if need to on the aircon 24/7, maybe can consider using 1 room for the shrimp and wine collection
If not the bills to run the chillers for shrimp and wine will be
wine cannot be store in this way, the temp will go up and down when u open the door to access into the room. in this way it's the same as placing it in the fridge
Require a proper wine chiller and better with 2 termosat which control the top and bottom for red and white wine

Thanks to this friendly bro who is always friendly and forthcoming with his shrimp-rearing advice, I am also smitten by this hobby now!
