To those who may be interested.

Please note that i have not been using the tank for at least a year.

My previous tenants did use the bottom tank for a while, but these new tenants who have occupy my place for more than a year do not keep fishes.

So if you are taking, must be prepared and be able to do repair work on the tank if needed else you will be wasting money on transporting the tank.

But the stand is definitely in super condition. So you must weigh the pros and cons.

If you have plan to resell any of the items to recover some cost. I am perfect OK with it.

I will update again tonight on its availabilty. Currently wainting for 'Wintan' confirmation tonight.
