Buy big emperor better as the flower already develop i dont believe in keep small ones.Next time take pic of your bunga too when u do water change lah .

how big is urs..? looks very nice to me...

i got 3 pcs in the fgt. got them at 10-12", now abt 16" n fat in 3-4 months or more cos feed them with bf...

will try to get the pics cos I'm also curious how their flowers develop. but they are in white fgt, so dun noe if the colour is affected by the white fgt ...

I understand frm the malaysian guys flower will devolop well in natural enviroment & pond natural water ,Blackwater and keeping it in cement tank thats why i go for mature fish bro all flower can see liao & stable.I had never try keeping in white fgt maybe u be the first to own a platinum emperor snakehead after WTT.

Often see this fish pictures in malaysia fishing magazines, chinese name is "mei hua ban".. Very beautiful flowers marking, some is active in black water canel beside oil palm plantations.
