Thanks everyone - I will add some more individual photos and keep them updated to see how they develop over time. I hope to visit Singapore and see some of your rays in person some day. J.

OK, here is an update on the tank and my older CB BD's - Here are some pics of some of the first rays that I bought from Mark, Mike, and a Singapore breeder (not sure who bred it, it was imported to the US from an importer that isn't in business anymore) over 2 years ago. The female is about 15"+ and the males are around 14". The tank system is about 950 gal including the two pup tanks in the stand (holding the new pups mentioned in this thread). The tank(s) run on a drip system 90% R.O. 10% Well water. Replaces about 10% of the system per day). Tanks are glass tanks from glasscages.com in the US (poor service, poor workmanship, but nice glass). PH 7.1, temp. 80 deg. F. I run a UV Sterilizer, and about 60 gallons of submerged bio media. A Red Sea mech. filter. Both overflow chambers have over 10 gallons of bioballs as well. Lighting is LED. Pumps are QuietOne 1400's I believe. Drift wood is hung from the top to give extra room on the bottom for the rays. Substrate is "Instant Aquarium - Sunset Gold by CaribSea" If you're counting, there are 11 captive BD's and they obviously won't all fit in this system long term. Over the next 15 months we are building a new house and I am putting in a system to handle the rays. I also have a 650 gal. pond running in our basement with some smaller fish and one of the adult male BD's - he will likely go in with the others again in a month or so. Thanks for your interest and let me know what questions, suggestions, comments you have.

As far as I know, yes, as of last week. He is still breeding and shipping pups. I haven't heard anything else.
