im using a 720LPH canister for my scape tank of 60x25x28. the flow is ok due to the amout of media in the canister ( which will slow down the flow rate actually ).

But do u think its ok for my 45cm x 24cm x 24cm tank? Now i'm using Eden 501 (300L/H). After putting bout 60 pcs of biohomme, the flowrate still quite strong leh. my plants n moss are swaying a little due to the current.

Bro you need to match your flowrate with your chiller, else is either your chiller kick in & out very often which will shorten your chiller lifespan or your temp of your tank is very different from your tank.

Get a valve attach to the outlet of ur canister u can play with the flow rate. In the event of upgrading to a bigger tank u can still use back the canister and chiller.
