Not too sure about sesarmids and micro crabs but i know for sure land crabs (rainbow etc.) grow quite large and live considerably longer than other types. Come to think of it the robber or coconut crab (Birgus latro) although not a true crab can live 60+ years!

My friend brought in one for me from japan but i think turf city the seafood restraunt used to bring in for food. Expensive but tastes very good

As long as you keep them long enough, make sure they have enough to eat and hide, they will breed one day.
