Aged water is definetly good,if not you`re using chlronis-ed water?
Any Anti-Chlorine will be fine,best if you aerate the water to remove heavy metals.Which will be harmful to shrimps if present.
Are you referring to the Ph level of shrimps? If you are,about 6.5-7.0 pH.

Have a look at point 11 and 12,it is about your water purifier system

bro nice setup there u got..
like the setup at the back of ur tank, u made it look as it it is a forest at the back...
