Try to put something heavy to cover the hole there. If not, see if you can reduce the length of the hang-on filter intake pipe so the cray cannot reach it to climb out.

Anyway, can you share whats the potential problems with blue moons? Are they fussy feeders or they need some specific water parameters?

my blue moon is behaving weird lately, its not been eating, is she sick? When i 1st got her, she ate hikari crab cuisine, den 1 fine day i tried giving lettuce. She didnt touch it, after that she's not eating...

Hi Nigel, its ok & good to keep them above 7pH.
Crays prefer more alkali.
