oh bro this sounds serious from what u describe it could be dropsy (swollen abdomen) but considering all the other symptoms it seems like he contracted an internal parasite....i recommend u look for Interpret brand anti parasite treatment.....

But TS.. did the med and the Epsom salts helped? |
