Try lighting shops.
So far i know that in JP the basement DIY carries Eballasts. Not sure if u wanna go check it out. (in fact most DIY stores carry these ballasts. Or u can try lighting stores) Next place i go is SInter at sim lim tower. Last and final thing i do.. call my uncle. |

dont really know. hehe. just found them different from the other osram eballast i got from the store. These ones seem to be more user friendly.
