They look green with flash and a lousy camera, they are blue in natural light. Below pic w/out flash.

This is interesting. Never knew that there is a limit to amount of the tank.

So if you use a few thousand litres a day (average is ~158 from the net), PUB will send someone down to your house to investigate you?
