Well, sometimes there's this issue of how one defines "lots" or "filled with". Sometimes my "lots" is your "quite alot only".

End of the day, the best indicators are the living things in your tank. The fishes and the plants. If the fishes are fine and the plants are growing strong and healthy, then leave it be. Otherwise, its time to fix some variables.

I guess the rationale of not having too much CO2 is to prevent PH of water to go down too fast...

if you have too much CO2 bubbles floating around, one of the reasons could be that you are letting too much CO2 out too fast - nt allowing time for it to be mixed with the water.

firstly my co2 tank is 1ft by0.3ft i just filled it $30 could someone tell me how long it will last me and is it suppose to be like tat if its full??

lastly i my bubble per sec is 4 sec 1 bubble i bought i diffuser so i just let the bubble go or put a bottle on top on it i red other site they said something like it will diffuse more with the water.

tis is how big my co2 tank is use my guitar on the left as reference lol.so my psi is around 800 so is tis normal for a fully filled tank?

I think you should attached something to the water bottle to futher mix the co2 and circulate to other part of the tank, or remove the bottle and put it under ur filter inlet or outlet to distribute the CO2 in the tank.

Why not get an electrironic solenoid so that you don't have to everyday on/off manually. Yes it is better to remove the plastic bottle away so that the co2 can travel to other parts of the tank more easily.

Looks like a 5L Co2 tank and 800 is about there. I'm using a diffuser am looking into a atomizer as it seems like it is better in diffusing co2 compare to a diffuser.
