Thanks bro, will update again to share their progress. you bought that time all the ebh in e tank same tone huh? When I see in e lfs some were of a silver tone while e ones I picked were of gold tone. At a lost when I was choosing too haha. Any bros fed their juv ebh fbw?

Yeah i think they'll all grow more or less the same.
but with this said, my only 2 EBH i own show a little difference..
one had a black lining on the hook and a more distinct red patch.

But i guess only time can tell

i'm not that experienced with blue hooks, maybe the more experienced bros can help
If you notice the piece infront is showing some signs of redness developing, while the other one is not.
For reference sake, my EBH is about 3-4". and as you can see, the other is not showing an redness yet...
So my guess is, size may not directly relate to the redness.

Thanks for e info. Probably diff fish diff genes. One of your hooks have a more golden tone too. One of each type looks nice too. Planning to add afew more hooks? They look lonely! Hahaha.

I bought 20pcs, now all at 3inch, biggest hitting almost 4inch. They are making my 5ft tank look small. Going to offload some off soon.

Joop whole tank ebh only? They will go berserk during feeding time haha. I will be camping when you post in buy/sell section when you sell off your ebh next time......
