heard from bro Jerra, he started with 10 snails and in 3 months, covered his 1.5ft tank and still breeding...

that's very prolific...
hope to get some results soon..
i cant even see all the snails in the tank..
dunno still alive or not..

Hello friend,

Yes those are the ones.

Each pattern is different.(the hardest for me was to get very solid and straight lines developing on the shell)

Oic.. my fav snail.. possible to send a few to Singapore? hehe
haven't seen these in any LFS here..

btw, do they need a pair to breed?

yeah i started with 10... and after only 2-3mth i got more den a thousand babies in my 1.5ft breeding tank already.

More than a thousand babies????!!!!!!!

I'm going to throw afew ramshorns into the pot along my corridor....if still cant breed, I think i jump off from my corridor liao.

be sure to maintain the water quality..
if acidic water..
might corrode the shells away

Dun think water quality can be maintained since its only a pot. Maybe weekly change some of the water using my other tank's water ba...but will throw in CCs to up the pH.

ya..
i talking about pH of the water..

would be adding a little shells and coral chips within my filter to buffer the water too..

what shells u adding bro? Sea shells? Oyster shells or hum kuk?
