if i forget to boil the charcoal bamboo, would it release the toxic it had absorbed earlier like that of the active carbon sold in lfs?

about this boiling procedure, is it stated in the packaging when we purchase the bamboo?

hi guys. just bought 1 pack of charcoal bamboo from daiso. on the back of the pack. it says "cleaning and deodorizing effects work for 3 months" so i guess we only have to re-boil them every 3months? anyone use more den 1 mth alrready? was worried that after 1 mth the toxic they absorbed will be returned back to the water.
