Tester? haha... This first batch of CRS are not consider tester. Since I had past experiences (Different setup), I thought it should be fine to start of with high grades.

Deep pocket? Not as deep as your Pure Red Line CRS.

Bro, do you face any difficulties taking out the sponge filter of the inlet pipe for washing? You need to wash at least once a week or the flow rate will get slower n slower..............
I saw the DW is quite close to the inlet.

Sorry for the MIA period, busy as usual.

First batch still fine. Down to around 14 to 15 of the CRS. 1 berried since early this month and should be releasing shrimplets soon.

Thanks for the reminder. I don't wash the inlet sponge. Just do suction when I change water weekly.

Wouldn't sera peat cause your water to turn blackish?
Mine PH is rather high at 7.5, Thought of adding some peat as well.

Yes it did turn my water blackish.

I had stopped using it and pH now is at 7.5.
