bro.. I bought JBL biotopol C for my crays instead of nano crustafit as it is cheaper.. Treats more water and treats for chlorine and choramine as well.. Means i no need buy those anti chorine and chloramine le.. Maybe u can take a look.. Somemore ur nano crusta fit must every week add.. Very chor leh.. i have a question.. Lets say i add a certain amount of additives into the water.. And the water evaporates.. Do i need to add more of it when i top up water? Will the additives evaporate as well?

Bro ur question very difficult to answer as I'm no scientist to take all this measurements for my tank so I can't really tell u a correct or accurate answer...
However what I know and do is, for any water replacement of let say more than 20%, I'll usually add additives such as the Nano Crusta-Fit or plant's minerals/vites. For water evaporations, I'll leave it as I feel that if we juz keep adding additives and not replacing the aged water, soon there will be too much of these additives. Correct me if I'm wrong

Thank you for your kind words however I'm a noob in crayfish keeping, esp the dwarf crays... still learning.

I think why I'm able to keep the 4 dwarf crays without any major prob for more than 1 1/2 months is due to the experiences gained from my freshwater tanks and marine tanks plus applying all the goods points from other hobbyist. Everything do it slow and steady add LS... add it slow, change water... chg it bit by bit, feeding LS... dun overfeed even though we know it's fun and cute to see the LS eat, oh off cse must read up before starting any hobby project.

Ya I frequent C328 only this yr. Today juz went to Serangoon Ave 1 to walk ard the bird shops and fish shops. Many things there too Almost wanted to buy a pair of Luv birds

Hi Ranmaru, went to C328 to chk out the JBL Biotopol C tt u mentioned. Think it's good stuff too
The Nano Crusta-Fit is priced @ $13/- and for those who had asked abt the cage... sorry my mistake, it's priced ard $5-7/- a pcs depending where u buy from.

Updates... added a new plant to the tank and did a 30-40% WC today. Scrubbed the tank wall, all the rest of the crayfish houses and such are not touched and pebbles and sand not stirred.

Hmmm... can't upload my pics as the Manage Attachment states e "Sum of all attachments owned by nim77: 4.71 MB" when I try to load even just 1 pic. Size is the same as those tt I've posted. Anyone can help here?

That's good to hear ur crays respond well to the JBL Biotopol C Can't rem the price for a small bottle. Anyway I bought mine from East Ocean @ Havelock Rd. C328 sells too but not the small bottle.
