Cherry Shrimp no saddle after feeding corina

Just checking out, any of you feed Corina shrimp tablets to cherry shrimps.
I realized that my cherries are not longer having saddles. This happened twice, one a few years back, and now i have switched back to tetra shrimp food.

They were breeding very well, until i switched to corina tablets, and then recently i found that the females do not have saddles anymore. Thus i switched back to tetra tablets, about 3 weeks back. I have been feeding more recently, with the snails will finishing the leftovers. I see many shrimps moults after a change to tetra food.

Could the food be the case, or just other factors like water quality. My tank is outdoors, 1.5feet, with java fern. No shrimp deaths were observed in the past few weeks.
