Default Clown Loaches Food

I have a few k6-10cm clown loaches in my tank. Wondering what would be the appropriate food? Currently feeding them frozen blood worm. But the worms so tiny and the fish seem big. Will the worms be enough to fill them?

Though of feeding them market prawn. But that will 'cloud' my water. Any other suggestion to pump up my clown loaches fat fat?

Many Thanks.
