Just to check, does your Indo tiger become more orange base once it is fed more on market prawn diet? Or does it still retain its golden base?
Mine turn more to orange base after couple of months. |

hey just to check your IT is those small 2inch IT or the big ones? i heard MP with shells will turn IT orange but not sure about MP without shells. any experts can clarify?

I have heard from bro Jubie that if fed mp with shell it will make the colour tend towards orangy. Hope I have not misunderstood him. But based on my feeding regime, there has been no lost of colour in my ITs. I feed them mp without shell simply because im afraid whatever shell that comes uneaten will choke up the filtration. My ITs are mostly yellowish gold, just that the high back is pale yellow. Could be due to the background that they develop such colour also..
