Angry Hundreds of white crawling insects on dirftwood

this morning, was shock to see that there are hundreds of white crawling insects on my driftwood. it seems to survive under the water eventhough the wood was submerge into the water for almost a week. Can these be termites? Any bro here pls advice.

just put some fishes eg black neon and will eat them all up..
very normal...

Bro natural way put heater to 30'C for 4-7 days mb this will help no chemical use I try before at my Lh tank .P.S: Buy good heater like Tretra , Rena etc ...
