Honestly I doubt its farm bred. The goby is so small, don't think its easy to raise the fry. Probably going to be difficult to even see the fry. Last time one of my small common goby bred and the fry was so small don't even know what to feed them. Eventually I think all died or eaten up.

According to the boss at C328, these goby feed on tubiflex worms

Still think they need brackish water to survive...Just went and witnessed quite a few specimens upside down...
