Before I comment I gotta declare that I am not good with exact plant names.
But you have Ludwigia inclinata var. verticillata and Cryptocoryne beckettii on the left side of your tank? Do please correct me if I am wrong, I don't have my book with me and my memory is really poor. Anyway, assuming the stemmed plants are the Ludwigias and the crypt is beckettii, try to lump the Ludwigias together or get mroe to have a better effect, they look very lonely, and trim it a little, it's nice to have it at 3/4 of the height of the tank. Perhaps you can also have more foreground plants? The nana petities are a nice touch but they seem to "stick out" more rather than blending in. You can clump the nanas together at one side (perhaps the right) and get foreground plants in. Perhaps E. Tennellus is a good candidate. PS: Is that an Emperor Tetra? |
