Default My lousy , lazy 2ft tank



Jus a pic for fun, a lousy , lazy 2 ft tank for my Cardinals, Cherry shrimps n corys...

Hopefully got more time n budget to restart a big project again...

Your placement of your wood has alot of potentials.

You can try to tilt the front most branch a little more to the left to make it seem more natural, and have some plants to cover the "bare faces" of the wood, like getting your windelov and placing it on the DW block on the middle left.

I like the flows of the branches, you got a hidden gem somewhere.

i thought there's great potential! maybe first remove those blackish/bownish algea first??? i like your wood placement! way to go!

remove those diatom (brown algae)...

and then get some foreground plants..

and viola! u will have an impressive tank! quick!

yep yep... add some japonica just in front of the woods n then tenellus for foreground... clean up the glass and waterchange.
then go shopping for some apistos!

Nice set up!! Think that the bottom looks a bit "bare". You may want to add some plants at the bottom as well? Good work!

And the tank looks a bit deserted...perhaps more cardinals will make the tank looks better.
