Default Chiller?

I am thinking of geting a chiller for my 5 ft tank. Had anyone used Pacific Cool chiller before? I am concern about the amount of electricity used up and whether it will be noisy at night? Need advice, thks.

If you don't have a tight budget, go for JBJ artica 1/3hp one
It is Powerful, consumes less electricity and quiet too.

However it hovers ard the $2000 range.

Cheers

my tank size is 3ft .. i'm mainly on planted tank ..

cos my temp is reaching 30 these days .. so thinking of cooling it down to 26-28.

my budget is about 100-200 bucks to be spend in "cooling the tank" (regardless what way)
