which shrimp soil has the lowest pH?

i used gex red for my previous setup, ph range 7.3-7.5

problem might be due to the tap water i am using

intending to set up a shrimp tank again

and this time i want to use the lowest ph soil

hopefully it will resolve my problem

any recommendation? is ada II the best option?

From what I understand ADA 2 have a lower PH than ADA 1. GEX will depend on the green or RED package, most people prefered the Rex package. I once tried to mix them together.. and PH is around 6.8, but alot of casualties..... hence now go back to ADA 2 again with teh PH hovering around 6 to 6.5

im using gex soil red & green pack MIX for about 4-6mth and i have no casualties or water problems untill now & they are reproducing fine.. i think its not the soil problem but other water parameters! or you did not cycle properly.. measure your water parameters before adding any shrimp! ..
