yes they will interbreed,but it is not encouraged to interbreed them.

This is because sakura is a redder type of cherries that is specially bred from cherries,by breeding them with cherries u will just dilute the sakura gene pool,causing the offspring to be less red,so in monthes to come,u will just have normal cherries
