Not all ST 24/7, i bought 2 ST 7yrs back, i was orh lu lu all the while inside my tank till i give up.

for me trying ph up n down,tankmate in n out,put dw out dw and observe in a certain time ,so far some r imporving .but for those cant make it n hardy make it ..once i done in a new enviroment , i will fix it for sometime ,lets the tiger adapt to it .so far still learning!
