What to feed feifeng/flagtail. need advice.

Mine gave up algae for mp, and can see the mass bigger, which is why i got an apple snail to do the job

How do you know if they are getting enough food?

see their body. all scales shiny, body fat and round = sufficient feeding.

FF eats anything including tamban too..

actually this has been a question in my mind for the longest time: do FF really "eat" or they just suck the juices out of the mp/tamban/sotong etc?

Mine also likes to suck on fish meant for my aro.
but not sure if they get to eat the fish, or just suck on fish but not getting any meat hehe

I think small bits and pieces do get suck in..

You can try ANS carnivore pellets (less siong than the hikari). However ANS is not for picky fish.

thanks, will try to see if its available here. problem is i have tinfoil as their tankmate
