Yes, there is a 1/5 HP available and the DBA110 can handle his tank.

Fyi, I am using the 1/5 HP 150W

Noticed they labeled as 150watts capacity. Now look at the specs

At 230V, its drawing 2.5A so 230V X 2.5A = 575watts. Its not really using only 150watts. The specs are misleading as "capacity of compressor" can mean a few things.

1/5 hp means 1/5 horsepower... it relates the the cooling power of the compressor... u need to choose the right size compressor to suit your tank... if u want cheap chiller.. can go for resun.. since yr tank is rather small.. a lot of bros here are using it for their 3ft tanks.. cost ard $300..

The Ice Probe is more suitable for a 2ft tank. Heard from other reefers that just 1 probe will do the job of chilling a 2ft tank. But its quite costly. 1 unit of Ice Probe is around 100+ without thermostat.. Thermostat cost about 80-90. Like that total cost will be around 200+. Might as well go get a Resun Cl-280 at the price of $248. More cost effective. Just my 2 cents worth..

er .. I think price wise better to get the C450 or C650 cause it didn't different much yet you can upgrade the tank in the future without changing chiller.

Noise wise, very quiet...
