There is a type of guppy that is smaller than e usual size... looks like a split tail guppy (but it is actually transparent). These fishes that are smaller than 1 inch in size, may be a good solution. But just 1 will do and take out after they finish their job.
Stop feeding for now. Once in awhile, I face this problem too. It usually hides in e dw or frogbit roots area. Am not so bothered if it is only a few pieces |

Actually the easiest method to kill these worms is dose high amount of salt into the tank. But because we are keeping shrimps we cannot do this.
