What HOF for 1ft tank ?

I am intending to get a HOF for my 1ft shrimp tank but do not know which to pick.

Can bros who have used HOF for their 1ft shrimp tank recommend some brand or model that i should get ? Or those that i should avoid at all cost ?

With Regards to flowrate, how much should be be ?

I find the Slim series to run quieter compared to the normal ones. But the downsides are the lower filtering capacity and also, the submerged pump especially if aquascaping.
