Shrimps tank setup

I would like to setup a 1.5ft shrimp tank.
Want to make it as simple as possible.
I do not want any plant in side.

Any one would like to advise or photo for reference?

Do I need any air pump?

IMHO, your shrimps will be better off with moss in the tank.
