Default Clip on Fan

Hi Bros, where should we place the fan, at the main tank or at the sump.
Sound stupid, but I really cannot figure out.

Best is to put it at the maintank.

A fishtank is just like your computer. When your tank crash(OS crash), its time to cleanup(reformat hard drive) and setup(install OS) again and add new livestock(re-install software).

Ya, main tank since you want the fan to blow over a larger water surface as possible to more effectively cool the water. Anyway depends on how many fan you are going to place

Watch out for evaporation too .when you are using the fan .....

Oic, so nobody put them at the sump? I also think if at main tank is kind of ugly leh.

If yours is using a Hood, then i thk you can intergrated the fan side each. Ig not just find a nice place and clip yr fan.

Reason why putting on Main Tank, IMO is due to Lighting during the day that may cost yr Main Tank temp goes up abit...
