To maintain the stable for IT is not easy and is very challenging, few factors need to considers:

1, Water Condition (not good water will stress the tiger) ph 6 to 7. best at 6.

Bring pH down to 5, they will show you the best colouration before die.

2, Tank mate (selective tank mate will boost up the stability of the tiger)

This is true, may i know which type of tank mate is good?

3, Tank black ground (did some help, but ever saw IT very stable in black colour back ground also, might due to above reasons)

Tank without background work the best.

4, Size of tiger (hear from some very senior tiger keeper said, for IT when grown up very big size like 15inc and above will be more and more stable ofcourse above factor must fulfilled) for me did tried, is q.true.

Not 100%, people pass me black black huge I.T. to work on.

5, Do not moving them much (try not shift them tank to tank is will stress them especially for IT)

One method I use is to transfer them from tank to tank to make them stay with the nice colouration.

6, Water waver (did some help as they like to fight/play with the current flow)

When they are not relaxing, they will show colour.

7, Lighting (try switch on 24/7 light for them so they adapt the lighting and less distrub to them.

Bright lighting stress them to prevent them from relaxing. It is this reason they show you colour.

8, Tank size best at 3ft above

I'm training I.T. using 1.5' tank.

9, For Tigers comm best at 3pcs or more if not they(2pcs)will fight till weak one death.

Agree. But fighting I.T. one of them will show you colour. Looser or winner?

All tiger have their own temper and character and behavior.

I cannot disagree on this point. This is true for all type of fishes.

Hope these will help.

For keeping small and mini tigers:

Is not easy to keep small mini tiger and will sudden death mainly due to stress and water condition.
For my experience: Especially on water condition, lots of them think that mini tiger kept inside small tank like 1ft or 2ft is more than enough for them but the filter system for small tank normally not good and also putting them in the very stress condition therefore causing them virus infection and starve to death.
