Is it safe to use this in CRS tank?

I bought this fissiden with hair algae.

Been reading up on how to remove hair algae and i saw this product recommended. Together with WC and less feeding, it was mentioned to clear HA. but idont wish to add chemical into the tank. Please advise.

Is yamato safe to both removing the hair algae and keeping with crs? I have an oto but i think may die soon given they are weak in acclimating.
