PH up/down VS ph 7.0/7.2 solution

Greetings all shifuz.. Junior is here to ask some question.

May i know which is better?

Manually controlling the ph with PH up/down.

Or

Using PH NEUTRAL/PH 7.0 solution?

I had seen them in lfs but always wonder which is better for shrimps...

I also want to find out, by add beneficial bacteria, will it help to stablize the water parameter in term of ph?
