need a bit of help regarding water parameters

hello all, i just used API 5 in 1 test strips for GH / KH / PH / NO2 / NO3

i got the following readings

GH 180ppm
KH 0 ppm
ph 6.0
NO2 0ppm
NO3 40ppm

currently using gex soil tank has been cycled for a while and active for almost a month with crs inside, is this condition ok for my crs? or is something wrong with it?
