I had personally tried it. Suffered few casualties for my cherry shrimplets and none for the adult shrimps. Most of the planaria are gone after the first treatment.
For any medication treatment for aquarium, overdose will cause serious casualties. For my case, I underdosed by around 20% of the recommended amount.

I have read from another forum about using vermex as medication for shrimp tank to get rid of worms, but I think I shall refrain from using it now as my shrimp tank got baby shrimps and berried shrimps.
But thanks for sharing your experience using this medicine, and I may try it in a hospital tank with 1 or 2 shrimp in it.
The dosage maybe 25 to 30% lesser than the recommendation, as CRS is more sensitive to medication than cherry.
