redcross Shrimp advice urgently needed!

I need advice from others who have experience with shrimps... I recently bought several Yamato shrimps but the moment they were put in my 2ft planted tank, they began to appear paralysed within half an hour... I quickly moved them into a holding tank with only mosses, and they recovered. I changed 30% of the water in my planted and put them back in 2 days later, and the same thing happened.

My planted has been around for several months and both the plants and fishes are fine in there. Can anyone advise me what could be wrong with my water parameters?

These are my readings for my water:
GH ppm: 60
KH ppm: 40
pH: 6.5
NO2: 0
NO3: 0

I dosed with the Lushgro Macro and Micro (less than half the recommended dosage) days earlier. Could that be a problem? Someone told me its because there is copper in my water, which kills invertebrates, is that possible? Is there anyone out there who have kept yamatos in your planted without problem? Pls advice me...
