Puffers - Which and where to get them ?

Hello, any recommendations on which are the smallest & friendliest puffers ?

I hope to fill my 1.5ft Tank with a few puffers of different species, if possible.

I have seen small yellow/green ones at superpet that are about 2cm long but cannot really find them on the Internet

Species I am interested in are (due to their small max size):
Carinotetraodon irrubesco
Carinotetraodon travancoricus
Colomesus asellus
Tetraodon cochinchinensis
