Fish recommendation for 3 feet

Looking for a fish size 8-12 inches max size tt won't attack my cardinal tetras, l46., apisto and cory.

For a tank size 3 by 1.5 by 1.5
Will be low tech planted
Preferable pellet eating

I'm thinking of blackwolf, growth rate is much slower after 12 inch, ok lazy to go after cardinal but might attack my apisto and Cory
Also thinking of aro, but aro grows a bit too big
Plecos will mess up and uproot my plants
Gulper might swallow my apisto and l46
Thinking of a few red line torpedo but will attack my tetras

U are thinking of adding a large fish into a tank housing small community fish? I guess it wont work. Largest u go that wont harm any fish would probably be discus or angels. Again they might snack on a few slower cardinal.
