Shrimp Tank Crisis on 2nd day of CNY

You should have just pour water from your old tank and place your shrimps into a pail with the old tank water. Then setup a new one with the soil in the old tank and cycle it. Since the soil has been there for sometime, it should cycle faster. And you can just use a simple sponge filter for your shrimps in the meantime.

Yeah agreed, thanks for sharing, was quite panicky when I found the tank leak, brain death so cannot think at that time... hahaha.

But I guess after this incident, will be more prepared if there is such a situation again...
