Anyone knows if Fei Fengs will attack adult kois?

As long as there is ample food in the pond for them...I think they will leave the kois alone bro.....

Since you mentioned pond, so I assume the walls are covered with algae(please correct me if I'm wrong). I think for the time being it will not disturb the kois as it will be busy sucking away those algae. But do monitor them closely.

generally, FF are friendly fishes but they will suck on other fishes if there's insufficient food. and yes they are fantastic jumpers too. maybe u wana consider having netting round your pond.
